Important Practical Tips
You must register within 24 hours of arrival. Hotels/villas usually do this, but it’s best to confirm. Cost: €1-1.50 per person per day.
All grocery supermarkets are closed. Only small kiosks, gas stations, restaurants, and cafes are open.
There are 2 airports: in Podgorica and Tivat. Tivat airport is preferable. Uber does not operate here.
There are no ATMs in the arrival area, and taxis don’t always accept cards.
You can buy a SIM card at any kiosk (operators One, Mtel) for ~€15. A passport is required. Ask the seller to activate it for you.
